Opening Address

Kick off with an interactive discovery session on the talent landscape in Africa, setting the stage for the morning’s discussion on how organisations can attract, develop and retain Gen Z and Millennial talent on the continent, as well as how to best leverage this talent to fuel organisational growth.

Developing Organisational Leaders

Get to know other attendees through an innovative ice-breaking session followed by an experiential learning session led by the ALU School of Business team. You will leave with insights on how to attract and  develop talent at all levels in your organisation, as well as how to leverage this talent to move your organisation forward.

Class Experience

Experience ALU School of Business’ Leadership Programme in action. This session will focus on Team Management in the 21st century. You will leave with actionable learnings you can implement in your own organisation.

Lunch with Students

Have a sumptuous lunch with ALUSB MBA students. This will be an excellent opportunity to get to know some students and to share your leadership journey.

MBA Career Fair

Formally showcase your organisation and available opportunities to MBA students. This will be a chance to have deeper one-on-one or group conversations with students who are interested in your organisation. You will have a chance to set up individual informational interviews the next morning with students with whom you would like to follow up.


Join other ReImagine Talent Symposium attendees and MBA students for a cocktail mixer. Drinks and hor d'oeuvres will be served.

Have informational interviews with MBA students you are interested in and with whom you would like to follow up.

Lunch with Undergraduate Students

Have lunch with a group of ALU undergraduate students. This will be an opportunity for students to learn about your organisation and for you to learn about them.

Tour of Kigali Heights Campus

Join a brief tour of our Kigali campus and learn about the innovative ways in which we are using space and creating a world-class learning environment.

Business Case Competition

Get to know our undergraduate students through a business case competition. You will have a chance to work with students and to give them feedback on their approach. This will be a good opportunity to assess the students firsthand.

Undergraduate Career Fair

Formally showcase your organisation and available opportunities to undergraduate students.

Optional Tour of Kigali

Discover Kigali and Rwanda’s history. Stops will include the Inema Arts Centre, the Kaplaki Crafts Market and the Genocide Memorial Museum.
